Manager, CrossFit Level 2 Certified Trainer (CF-L2)
Since 2004, I have been working and training at various sports and health facilities, however it was not until early 2008 when I was introduced to the world of Crossfit and the Crossfit methodology, that my career and fitness both shifted up a level. After moving to the U.S. In 2016 I joined CFNS as a coach and then shortly after became Manager, where I now work with an awesome team and get to share my passion for health and fitness every day with our community.
While all my previous roles in the fitness industry have been both challenging and rewarding, the engagement I get out of training our CFNS community and the results I see, are head and shoulders above the rest. For me training is not only about results, it is about the journey you take to get there. Whether it be one on one or in a group environment, my reward is seeing people from all walks of life challenge themselves and achieve things they thought they couldn’t. I am lucky that at CFNS I get to see that everyday.
