Body Composition/Metabolic Assessment
Most individuals track their body weight… But what does that really mean? If you want to lose “weight,” would you be happy if it were muscle mass? Probably not… CFNS has a GE InBody unit on site for periodic assessments of body composition: water, lean tissue and fat. CFNS also has a PNOE unit on site for the measurement of RER, Cardiac Health and VO2 Max. Understanding the health and performance capabilities of your metabolic system is VERY important.
